I don’t believe the service tech would have installed stripped bolts. The oxide coating is just worn off of the heads. 😎🐩
Yeah, just being overly dramatic. Tech should have been more careful, though. Impact wrench maybe not he best choice there.

There’s 50 of those bolts just on the outside, so they definitely won’t be doing them by hand

Hey all, got my 2021 FE back after my HVBJB failure. I noticed these silver bolts on the underside when looking at my car from the side now--can anybody tell me if these bolts have always been visible from the side? Or maybe they were black bolts before? Or maybe I never noticed them... Thanks in advance

Hey sorry to hear about that!! Mine failed on a Thursday and I got it back exactly 2 weeks after. But my dealer also ran into some issues. The tech working on the car got Covid so they had to stall a couple days and get another qualified tech out. Then, my car was updated with the fault BCM with the frunk error. So that took a couple days to troubleshoot. They got the HVBJB replacement pretty quickly though, I believe they received it the Tuesday after dropping my car off.
