United Road login fix

I noticed that my United Road account became inaccessible after their software update.

I guessed that this had something to do with cookies accessed via my browser, so on a hunch, I tried logging in using my existing account login, but in a private browser window.

It worked. Now I by default use a private window, as I otherwise fail to be able to login about 75% of the time. I hope this works for you!

Has United Road stopped letting regular folks make an account? I cant seem to find a way to make an account. Many Thanks for any help or insight.

Awesome!!! That worked. (I had not picked up on it needing to be done from mobile.)
I now have an account and have looked up the Order Id. The car is in a holding lot in New Castle
Delaware, one hour and 50 minutes from me. The ID 61154128 shows inactive,
maybe that means its not moving/on the road. I will keep watching it.

Thank you *SO* much for your help.
The Ford tracking page still has it as one month away and NOT shipped!! This
important to me as Im on an extended work trip and didnt want to be clueless about its arrival.
This might get delivered within a week instead of in a month. Thanks again.
