My wife's MachE has only 1200 miles and less than 3 months old.
One right rear rotor has scrape marks.
There is another rotor with much less markings and two without any wear.

No noise or performance issue but I wonder if break pad is wearing uneven on the rotor with heavy markings.
I can take it to the dealer but they are not very good (no loaner, last time kept the car for 2 days and nothing for headlight issue, still no replacement part)

Anyone have seen this on their car?
Does it needs to be checked by the dealer?

Have you tried a few hard stops from freeway type speeds (with no one behind you of course)? It almost looks like the moisture/dirt build up on the rotors is not being completely cleared off since with EV's most braking is regen braking so the pads are not rubbing on the rotors to clean everything off.

That Right Rear rotor looks horrible to me. Can you feel the grooves with your fingernail? I think that should be checked out. That Left Rear doesn't look much better.....

For comparison.
Here are photos taken last week. Over 33k miles on the vehicle so far....

True we use 1PD all the time.
I will try to use break little more to see if it gets more even.

Yes, my rear rotors look the same, fronts are fine, @ 2k+ mi., and I regularly exercise them by braking in neutral.

I called the dealer and was told to brake hard occasionally, but I do not think that will reverse the scoring. Will probably end up taking it in to be checked within a month, and hopefully get some FDRS updates applied.

Yes that's what I would expect at 1200 miles.
Wife drives very short distance but car does get used every day.
I ran my finger and it's gouge marks.
This is not normal.
Going to call the dealer.

I would take it out run up to speed, shift to neutral, then brake. Do this a few times to polish the rust off the rotors…. Then see if there are actual grooves or if what you seeing is just surface rust from brake rotors that aren't really being utilized.

I took the above photo this morning before driving to work. It caught my eye as unusually heavy rust as the car had been sitting for 5 days.

This is the same rotor after driving to work without doing anything to clean the rotors.

Then same rotor after a couple cleaning stops in neutral here in the parking lot here at work.

I've seen multiple people talk about stopping in neutral. You all mean you just shift the car into neutral while driving and brake? The car let's you do that? For some reason I assumed the computer would override your turning of the PRNDL. How fast do you go when you do this?

The car lets you shift to Neutral while driving, but you can‘t shift to Park or Reverse.

Really? Mine have never looked like that, unless there was a problem such as a sticky caliper. Are your rotors flat all the way across or does it have grooves cut into them already?
Out here we would freak out if our rotors were scored that badly. Even this Porsche doesn't have visible rings....
