Is there a way to get it off by hand?
According to my wife, The only languages I speak are sarcasm and innuendo. I’m not even sure which of my two languages this is. But I’m sure it’s one of them.

So dealer didn't do anything with rotors.
He says they inspected it (I doubt they opened the break pads).
They said rear breaks gets used less and with shorter commute rust builds up.
I still don't understand why it's uneven.
BTW: I have MB GLE 350, sits in the garage, used occasionally in the rain/snow during winter.
Not a spot of rust.
I will try some more braking but not very impressed.
PS: I checked the work order.
The headlight problem I reported almost 2 months ago got a part and it says they replaced the headlight switch.
Note says about customer complaint with rotor rust. Not an item about what work was done.
Dealer just did BS to not do any work.

So today I did the put in N, break experiment.
I did that first at slow speeds under 35MPH.
Yes it's safe, goes into N fine and you can switch back to D (just rotate knob right).
Then I got on highway.
I did this at 55, 65, 75 some times breaking hard, no one was behind me.
When you put in N and apply breaks you can feel all 4 wheels grabbing.
BTW: If you press on gas while in N nothing happens. I just made sure not to press on gas when I flipped to D.
Went home and checked the driver side rear rotor that was showing some rust, that's all gone.
The passenger rear is still rusty but I have to try few more times this test.

I have this same issue on rear passenger wheel. Very thick grooves into the rotors, disappointing the dealer didn't help.

Did you tell them that the brake pads are sticking to the rotors? I think that’s the key to getting them to follow the brake TSB. I’m going to try that with my dealer next week.

On Saturday, a very nice man belonging to the Mustang Club, flagged me down and showed me that I have the same issue. He said it's def not normal and suggested I take it in. I made an appt for service. but couldn't get in til july 27th. I am gonna try the Neutral Brake trick and see what happens.

It's not normal for a car that uses it's brakes to stop... like an ICE Mustang. For an EV, normal is different.

In the MME, unless you are braking fairly aggressively, the rear disks aren't doing anything which means they don't wipe the rust off. So if you see rust on the rotors, a few aggressive stops from highway speed will clear it up. For the MME and other EVs this is normal.

You will see more rust in a wet or humid climate than in a dry one... but the core issue is that the rear brakes are not doing anything because slowing down at the rate that many people drive is done by regen (the motor(s)) and the front brakes. The rear brakes aren't doing much of anything in those conditions.

With the Moke (4 speed) and FRS (6 speed) I stop in neutral often.
I have not tried it in the Prius but it should work just fine.

Yes, my rear rotors look the same, fronts are fine, @ 2k+ mi., and I regularly exercise them by braking in neutral.

I called the dealer and was told to brake hard occasionally, but I do not think that will reverse the scoring. Will probably end up taking it in to be checked within a month, and hopefully get some FDRS updates applied.
I have the same issue with my 2021. 17,890 miles. Dealer says it’s wear and tear and I’m on the hook for new rotors and pads! This has to be a defect. I use one pedal 1/2 the time. Most of my driving is in the highway. This should not happen at low mileage. The car is only 22 months old
