Update for Mustang Mach E Edge Owners

It's fixed! I checked this morning, and my Ford account still showed a Ford Edge. But I just looked again this afternoon, and now it says it's a Mustang Mach-E! So I tried to enroll it in the Early Access Program, and that worked now too!

Not sure if this is a direct result of the support ticket I had opened or if they've fixed this for everyone. Anyone else seeing it fixed?

Well, I guess it wasn't a global fix then. It would appear that everyone with the problem will need to call FordPass Support and open a ticket.
I have a ticket open - 1-2 business days for it to be picked up out of the queue. 9-10 business days to be resolved. I’m sort of surprised that this wouldn’t be something common on the back end that they could fix across all accounts with a script.

It probably won't take that long. I opened the ticket on Wednesday, it was picked up by Engineering on Friday, and it was fixed today (Monday).

I did not open a ticket but all your hard work seems to have helped? My account shows Mach E today instead of edge and I was able to sign up to early Updates via the email received a few weeks ago

Nice! Now that the problem has been brought to they’re attention, hopefully they’re just going through and fixing all of them.

I appear to have been corrected since, as I noted in the early access thread, I was finally able to enroll in early access. They appear to be cranking through the tickets quickly. Mine was opened last Thursday.

Thanks for the hard work on this. I'm happily now no longer driving an Edge as well.
Thank Ford - they did the hard work. And @generaltso was the one who pointed out that a ticket could be opened on the issue. I was just going to “suffer in silence” ?
