I saw a vid yesterday and it appeared they were living in their FE blue and had been driving it but we can't see that yet. That is a step as they are out in public (media) to those not affiliated with Ford.

Appears we are in a holding pattern. Is it again safe to go OT?

OKTB is not based on taking the entire car apart down to the screws is it? I remember reading about this somewhere on this forum but can’t remember if this is associated with OKTB date.

That is part of the government's inspection of the vehicle. Should be done already. Ford is trying to get this right. Stop worrying about minor delays or cars sitting on the lot. New cars almost always sit on the lot either at the plant or at a receiving point. Mine is built and sitting there. I would rather them deliver it to me completed rather than having to go back to the dealership for something.

Much of the information that the "insiders" provide gives us all an unprecedented view into the process. One that no dealership can provide. One that I doubt any of us have had before. It is a privilege to get the information from them, but don't take it for granted. They have no obligation to say anything.

They pretty much always do that to some degree and also clear EPA etc.

Sure there are some thoughts given to that by Ford - but need to clear OKTB first. For all we know the transport schedules are all messed up now due to the OKTB delay.
