I'm not sure I follow. How is the Audi e-tron not a mass market vehicle?

It's relatively speaking, the E-tron price is ~$70,000 and they don't plan on producing more than 40k per year. It's an expensive vehicle whereas the Mach E starts at ~$40,000 and plans to be mass produced in the 100k+ range once true demand is established.

Again, it is relatively speaking. E-Tron is much more expensive than Mach E so price limits elastic demand - but yes you can argue that the E-Tron is a mass market vehicle because it is, but my definition is relatively speaking.
