Where does it say Oil?

I assume this is the maintenance they are referring to. Although six-months doesn't align to 10,000 miles.

Sorry, had those two things mashed together, the oil change part was down below a ways on the page. They were not related. The oil stuff is part of the generic items that were there before.

I also see that new info on my account management page - the current miles, average miles, driving conditions, and health report. It says last updated on 12/27. I think these new items appeared after my order was put into production / sent to plant. Hopefully someday it will change from "F Edge" to something more accurate.

If I click on the pencil I get this - I see that Normal Condition is the only choice in the dropdown.

Wow just got a notice from Ford Pass App asking to set up my profile with this screen... don’t know if Ford app is updating .. I know the plant is shit down so they could not have completed the build scheduled for next week.

I still can't get the app to recognize any address. Is there some trick to the address format to enter?

Hmm... My account management page has shown all this information since the day I entered in the VIN to add the vehicle -- 11/20/20. The vehicle went into production on 12/22 (though I think it's probably delayed from there a week or two).

Weird how we each see different things at different times.

The difference is most likely due to my order being a Mach Drop. The Premium that I reserved 363 days ago still shows under orders and reservations as cancelled, and I only see my Mach Drop at all in my ford.com account is because I added it to "my vehicles" after I got my VIN on 12/18.
