Using Fordpass credits for Thule Roof Rack

Has anybody worked with their dealership to use their points for the Thule roof rack? Ford does a terrible job at making the points make sense or even trying to redeem them.

I have 22,000 ford points (I got them from the purchase of the car) and the roof rack is $740. The app tells me I need to contact my dealer to redeem the points but how much is 22,000 ford points in dollars ???

Each point is 1/2 cent. You have $110.

You can use them on the FordParts website, and possibly with online Ford dealers that MAY have a cheaper price.

Thanks for letting me know! that is a laughably low amount but they gave it to me for free so I guess I should be happy either way!

Also laughably low, I think I used all of them up within the first 3 months of car ownership. Plus the Hyundai's are getting 2 free years of charging!

But hey, they gave it to me for free so I guess I should be happy. Plus this car looks way better than any Hyundai.

( yes I'm one of those people that is never happy. I know. )
