Vehicle and Ford Pass App reporting wrong range, ford connected services dashboard correct

Has anyone seen this issue? I just got a AWD extended range. The vehicle and the fordpass app both show 90% charge and 199M of range. The ford connected services webpage with the vehicle dashboard reports 90% 300M range (which is of course more inline with expectations on the extended range battery). It is almost like the car thinks it has a standard battery.

I reached out to ford support, got tossed from one team to another then told to reset the vehicle. No change after reset. No answers from the dealer yet either.

Ford dashboard is showing kilometers even though it says miles. Known issue.

199 miles is your estimated range remaining at 90% charge.

The charge percentage is accurate. The range figure is an estimate. Actual range depends on where, how, and when you drive.

Thanks for the note, that makes sense on the dashboard. I did a reset of the ev driving history too (even though the car had less than 10 miles when i received) just to make sure it was using accurate data.
