Here is my current OTA status:

JSON:
           "latestStatus":{
               "aggregateStatus":"failure",
               "detailedStatus":"OTAM_E1016",
               "dateTimestamp":"2022-02-16T21:32:24.680+0000"
            },
            "packageUpdateDetails":{
               "releaseNotesUrl":"https://mmota.autonomic.ai/1/bytestream/custom-release-note-1643652676921-4f36ab37-6ff2-41a2-9472-7f9bd6140b20",
               "updateDisplayTime":0,
               "wifiRequired":false,
               "packagePriority":1,
               "failedOnResponse":"none",
               "cdnreleaseNotesUrl":"http://vehicleupdates.files.ford.com/release-notes/custom-release-note-1643652676921-4f36ab37-6ff2-41a2-9472-7f9bd6140b20"
            },
            "deploymentFinalConsumerAction":"Vehicle Not Drivable"
What do I do now?

FWIW, and not sure if related (I know I am missing some features from later updates), but my car tells me that it is BlueCruise ready and I have used it a few times, but it has never allowed me to take my hands off the steering wheel yet.

You can safely ignore that. There's a reason the data you're looking at isn't normally seen by the end user. 🤣
