Alright all so I got my CR1 in march and it now has 14k miles on it and I charge to 80 % nightly at home.
Today I get into the car and it gets stuck in the loading screen. And when I would turn it “Off” the screen would just stay on loading with out turning off. And once the screen timed out after a few min I was in sleep mode as soon as you opened the door it went back into the loading screen.
it is Unable to turn on the ac, change settings or anything just driving and power Windows work.
I took it into the dealer today they had no clue what was going on and even the tech powered it off and on a few times then the screen wouldn’t turn on at all for him. he was lost on what to do next. They just had me leave the car with them and told me they would tell me when they were done but that they don’t know how long that would be.
They got me a rental car
And now I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.?
I still am covered in the warranty so I know I don’t have to pay anything the down side is I drive a lot and it’s way cheaper to drive electric then the gas rental they gave me
