Just wondering if this is persistent, or if you quit Waze and restart it if it goes away. I use Waze constantly(for speed trap reports) and there are numerous times where Waze gets flaky and acts erratically. I have even had the arrow going the opposite way I am traveling. I have seen this issue too, but a quit and restart usually fixes it. BTW - iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15.5 Waze 4.84.1.0

Waze has gotten really bad lately. Invariably, we have to kill it and restart it, when first starting a trip. Since a lot of the Waze features have been added to Google Maps, I’m finding less and less reason to use it. Apple Maps has EV charge stop routing on the Mach-E, too.

If either Apple Maps or Google Maps crowdsourced speed traps I would switch in a heartbeat - objects on the road is another good feature of Waze. I drive 45 miles each way to work each day, and find those features necessary.

2022 GTPE (sold after 2mo - suspension sucks!)

Exactly this.

Apple Maps now has this feature, but I haven't looked lately to see how much people are actually using it, so I'm still on Waze for the time being.

Ok, I looked in Apple Maps, but don't see this. Can you point me to where in the settings you find it?

Thanks. I may try running them both in parallel and see if Apple Maps has any use at this point. Seems odd you can only use it while actually navigating.
I ran Apple Maps instead of Waze into the office just now to try it out. Wow. It's come a LONG way.

I need to do some longer drives to see if people are actually reporting hazards. I've got a road trips planned this weekend so will test.

Yeah, I MUCH prefer Apple Maps. Waze is sometimes like looking at Minecraft, vs Apple Maps that looks more modern.
