Watford Gap Southbound Services

Hi, I have found a strange problem with the map in my Mach-e 2021. I was coming back from Derby to Kent and the car needed to add in a charge during the trip. However, it seemed to refuse to pickup Watford Gap Services for the southbound. It was wanting to either route me to the Northbound (!) or off to a small town to the West.

I'd like to see if this is a missing map knowledge that just needs correcting, does anybody know how to feedback to Ford so that the map can be updated?

Also, I'd really like to be able to filter out 50kW chargers from my trips. If I'm doing long motorway drives, I don't see a need to detour off 20miles for a 50kW charger when theres a 150kW charger another 50miles on from that. The time saved by picking the 150kW chargers is a big deal.

Anybody able to point me in the right direction, thanks in advance?

I've found the Ford Nav to be very selective about which chargers it shows. I assume it is a commercial decision but don't know for sure. I'm hoping the Google maps charge station integration gets to us soon in the expectation that it will be better.

I’ve had this, seems to want to ignore a lot, though not all, of the gridserve sites. Would love to provide some feedback to Ford, as the nav is prone to making some dumb choices….
