What are y'all doing with your OEM carpeted mats?

I am posting because I (like many of y'all) got the nice rubber floor and cargo mats to replace the default carpeted floor mats.

My question: what did y'all do with the carpeted mats?

Sell em (if so where)? Store em (if so where)? etc.

The carpeted ones are wrapped in plastic under the back cargo area floor, a space specially designed for their storage. ?

I guess of they wear out someday, I'll probably replace them.

I have Loyd Luxe carpeted mats whitch I love. I will put the Ford mats in when it rains. Which may be Never is So. Cal.

I stored mine in this big green rolling trash can that got pushed out to the curb the first Thursday after I took delivery.

I bought WeatherTech mats the moment I saw they were available, so my driver and passenger ones are just sitting in storage before I eventually throw them away.

Mine are on a shelf in my garage, along with the carpeted mats from my last two f-150’s and the wife’s precious Escape. Some day I’ll just hang them on the wall for extra insulation and sound proofing.

They make perfect cat rugs. They love them and I love that they don't attack the furniture.

I sold a brand new set of carpeted C-Max floor mats at a garage sale last year for $5. They spent 6 years lurking in a bedroom closet!

I'm so glad I live where it doesn't snow and seldom rains so that I don't have to put in cheap looking rubber mats.
