Yeah I used that title because it seemed like 80% of the article was more about GM's commitment to EVs vs "ooh look a shiny new graphic".

Edit: in a few weeks the new logo will become "New gm" and the old logo will be "GM Classic" and then eventually they will drop the new logo and go back to "GM".

I did like the "flavor" of the new GM. My 2009 Chevy Equinox was purchased when the bankruptcy was going on in Feb 2009. It was the first sale of that day and GMAC approved the loan with zero interest.

Eh. Looks OK I suppose, although I think the old one looks more substantial. The lower case look wimpier. I guess the "m" is supposed to look like a plug, but that's a real stretch. That's not what immediately comes to mind.
No logo change is gonna keep people from remembering the "Government Motors" meme from a decade ago.
