What Do You Think of GM's New Logo?

Looks a bit amateur. Should have got pentagram to redo it. Or the company that did oculus and Instagram. However I’m not the target customer.

Like the direction but I’m not convinced people are going to see the embedded plug. The “E” logo on our mini doesn’t require near as much squinting to find the plug.

With the underline I think the m looks more like an e than a plug (which would have the same result).

I agree. But in the InsideEVs article it referenced the underlining of the m was supposed to evoke an electric plug.

It would be dumb for GM to make it look like they were an exclusive EV company anyway. Not even close.

i think they tried to be a little too clever on this one. It’s barely noticeable and when you do notice the plug, it barely resembles one IMO
