Have used 1pd exclusively since I got the pony. Started off in engage and whisper, but now I've switched to unbridled. I don't think there's any going back. The sounds are silly, but I like them - vroom vroom!

Engage 1PD in city-suburb streets. Unbridled 2P in highways - no traffic or on backroad twisties. Engaged 2P +L in stop and go traffic on highways.

Love the stability and tightness of Unbridled at higher speeds. It's too much for my taste in just city streets. Engage or whisper feels more agile in that regard.

I'm surprised it's as high as it is (~60%), as vocal as the non-1PD crowd is.
Give it another chance. You'll convert as soon as you get the hang of it.

I drove out of the dealer in whisper mode, unbeknownst to me. I hit the pedal and thought, “wow, that was kind of unimpressive.” Then I discovered the driving modes. I switched to unbridled and left it there. I didn’t know what 1PD was until I saw it mentioned here. I tried it and thought, “hmmm, this is different.” I left it on and figured it out in a day or two. Left it on. I love it. And why buy a Mustang if you’re going to drive it in whisper mode?

I'm glad they have it, because my kid gets car sick when I drive in unbridled. It's probably not the mode, and how I drive, but I've learned that when the kids are in the car, I use whisper.

I have gone back and subjectively found I actually don’t see a difference (as others said) when adding L to 1PD, so thanks for saving me a button press every time I shift to D.
The experimenting caused me to settle on Unbridled 1PD almost exclusively. At driveway/parking speeds, the steering is heavier than I’d like and feels fake and less accurate, but any other time it feels far more precise. Whisper 1PD is appreciated by my somewhat easily car-sick wife and if I’m just making a low speed or low traffic Drive then it’s adequate regen. Due to the unpredictability of other drivers on the interstates, I like the aggressiveness of Unbridled 1PD and can almost always avoid the brake pedal even with the all too common out of the blue 70-0 for no reason foolishness.

As I said earlier in this thread, it takes time to learn how to feather the accelerator.

They are all the same....however, I'm sure it changes just based on the way people drive in each mode. I'm sure I could do better on my miles/kWh but its so fun to gun it I don't do that in Whisper mode... hahaha.

So far I am really liking the unbridled 1 pedal mode best in the short time I have had my new MME.
