RWD Select, standard range. At purchase in May '22 I was getting close to 470 km range at 100%.

After the hvbmjb recall update, I'm now down to 370 km range at 100%.

Probably reset the driving history and will take some time to learn your driving habits and conditions. No real range was lost.

Welcome to the world of EV's. The Guess-o-meter is just that; guessing. And your car likely got reset thus it's guessing with no data. Look at the percentage, not the range.

It's not just an EV thing which is why it's so wild to me that people ask so many more questions about it for EVs, I guess everyone is just so much more range conscious than with ICE vehicles. If I drive on the highway in my truck for 3 hours an fill up to full, I will have close to 700 miles on a full tank for distance to empty. If I then drive around in a city for an hour and fill up, my DTE will be 500. My "Range" didn't go anywhere, it's just different driving styles and consumption.

I wish they would just do away with DTE for EVs and ICE, they are more trouble than they are worth and are entirely meaningless.

As others said, the learning likely reset and now it's just guessing based on a different assumed efficiency. None of them can see the future.

I think they found your range somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere.

That's quite simple to understand:

DCFC = 1 minute for 4 miles
Gas Pump = 1 minute for 100 miles

When you have to plan a lot of down time because your range is reduced it becomes more valuable. A 5 minute stop to gas up, no one cares about.

I just reset range/driving history. I typically average 215 miles of estimated range at 90% charge. After the reset it went from 180 to 205 miles (90% charge) in 5 days. I’ll likely be back to 210-217 next week. I do a steady 88-90 miles of commuting 5 days a week. BTW, a 90% charge appears to be closer to 89% as I suspect it stops at 90%.. not 91%. Thus in the morning it typically is at 89% on startup.
