It’s the first special edition in the first model year of the Mustang Mach-E. But that was too long for the marketing flyers, so First Edition was born.

Since my primary reason for reserving a 'First Edition' was for the Grabber Blue color I definitely would have purchased it under a different name.

I chose FE solely for for the Grabber Blue. I really would have been happiest with RWD, Extended battery and Grabber Blue color. Instead Ford chose to offer other trims in red or a whole bunch of shades of gray. None of them appeal to me.

I try to look at it this way. The Mach Drops and other MMEs that are built in the first week of January may not be the first 2021 MMEs built, but they will be the first MMEs built in 2021.
