Well, it's designed to be hosed out or filled with ice.... electricity and water are not a great combo. So I wouldn't expect to see any power outlets in there.
But that is sealed up, just like the lights you would see in a swimming pool. Same for the switch too, it's all sealed and waterproof. It not something where a metal connection will come in contact with water like a socket.
