Does it show up in a little window that says "My Trends"?

If it does its the system trying to display the most frequent destination. For us it shows some builder--looking at the location its right next to our house so yeah we go there frequently LOL.

I'm not sure about the title of the window. There used to be a Zales in the mall where I am when it displays, but it has been gone for a year. I never set a destination, but I do go to the mall every day.
Can you stop these displays?

Mine says weird stuff too. I usually have lunch at the same place and if I get into the car around the time I normally take lunch then it will suggest that location about half the time. The other half it suggests the spot next door which is a beauty salon or something. Also, when heading to the office it suggests the place across the street. I would like to turn it off too. I mean.........I go to these places often so I am pretty sure I know my way and don't need the Nav to get there.
Sometimes I wonder what the software engineers are thinking...... ?

I wonder if this is how you turn that on or off?

While you're in the map navigation screen, go to the wrench at the bottom left. Look for the option to turn off myTrends.

BTW I saw myTrends pop up for the first time on mine this morning.

It asked if I wanted to go to work. I said yes. Now I'm still here, at work, and regret the decision.

I may need to disable myTrends, too.

For your iNFORMATION, the i's have it as follows:

Notifications > Predicted Destination Alert... This is probably what is suggesting @Major should buy unnecessary jewelry:

User Data > Destination Suggestions... This turns off predicted destinations, stops myTrends from storing data, and deletes existing travel history.

So, I get the "business" that is next to my house every time I start up from home. It is not a real business. Also, it's dumb to suggest the place next door from where I am.

Is there any way to delete a single MyTrends entry?
