Lack of a roof rack & towing is my gripe

Apparently there will be a software update to open it from the screen. There is an emergency button inside to pop the hood, so they hardware is all set up.Loving the car and hopeful the software bugs get addressed time. The one feature that is crippled with likely no reasonable fix is the frunk. The genius who decided to use a legacy cable-operated hood release with no external option should be canned. Judging from the Lightning it appears that likely happened. ?
Yep. Replace the "Max Defrost" button that is hidden where no one will ever look for a climate control with a hatch release.I wish there was a way to put a "button" to open the rear liftgate on the status bar of the main screen all the time. Four steps to open it is just dumb!
1. Press the vehicle icon located in the top corner.
2. Press CONTROLS.
3. Press Access.
4. Press the liftgate icon.
Right now, I just press the button twice on the fob. Much easier to remember!!!!

forgot about that silly (as in useless) emergency release. so we have an antique cable release AND a button. ? At least there's hope though.Apparently there will be a software update to open it from the screen. There is an emergency button inside to pop the hood, so they hardware is all set up.
It's coming in an update; Ford already promised it. The reason it wasn't turned on already is due to some regulatory hurdles they are trying to clear.forgot about that silly (as in useless) emergency release. so we have an antique cable release AND a button. ? At least there's hope though.
Funny you mention that -- I actually just discovered that screen yesterday when my wife was asking about the AC, and I turned recirculating on because that's how I like it with this hot Memphis weather. Had to turn it on again this morning, and then when I got back in my car after my errand, I noticed a smell enveloping the cabin (not faint, but actually overpowering) and thought, "It must be something going on in here, because I turned recirculating on!" But nope, it had turned itself off again. Maybe it has something to do with Auto being on, maybe the car just thinks it knows what's best for you in that mode.1) The recirculating air turning off on its own, at seemingly random times. This one is 10x more annoying to me than any of the rest on this list.
Well I guess I missed it. Sounds like you finally got your mach e. That's great, congrats and enjoy the ride.1. My cargo area screen stays in place just fine for me. I don't go rolling the windows down at speeds above 50 mph though. I like quiet.
2. I personally haven't noticed that. Interesting.
3. Factory Nav works fine for me. It's not annoying and it just tuons, it is accurate and even pronounces Hawaiian names pretty accurately. Waze, on the other hand, frequently freezes up and gets lost. Oh and it butchers Hawaiian.
4. PAAK works perfect for me. Every time. So does the fob, although I haven’t used it since the drive home from the dealer. The only time it even hesitates is when it’s in my back pocket. But yeah, they should’ve given a second keyfob.
