For those who have received their Mach E, what tires did it come with. The prototypes had different brands of tires.

My car has Michelin primacy

itā€™s an all season tire which it totally stupid in Florida. Iā€™m going to replace them with PS4s as soon as I destroy these tires.

I don't know about the other models but the three Premium's I have seen, have the Michelin Primacy A/S tires. Like Joe above ^ the first thing I am going to do is replace them with PS4s tires.

Here in Canada, it is a no brainer : A/S. Even winter tires from Dec 1 to March 15 :)

Sounds like a good match for Seattle! I will see how they do - but I always go All Season... My Volvos all came with Pirellis which we loved down in SoCal but they never last up here - needed new tires before I hit 25K miles...

I had a hair raising experience trying to stop on these greasy primacy tires. Sad sad excuse for a tire. The chassis is brilliant but the tires have zero grip and are borderline dangerous

Super slippery Michelin Primacy all-seasons. I didn't make it 2 minutes into my test drive and I was drifting the car from one street to the next - there's absolutely not enough tire on this car, especially with these eco Michelins. I'm not sure I can wait until they wear out to replace them with something that actually grips.
Are the wheels wide enough to take a wider tire?

No, but wheels can be replaced.

I think a lot of my traction complaints would be remedied with 255s.
But you might have range complaints if you do that...

Any idea how this will affect range?
It will reduce range as these are not low rolling resistance. If you have mostly dryer warmer conditions in your area, this might not be a good idea. Typically this type of change would reduce the range by 10% or possibly more. That is a trade off that I am willing to take for better handling and a longer lasting tire. We have wet roads often in western washington, these are highly rated for those conditions. I put other tires on my Clarity also.

DC area has a lot of wet too, plus some ice and snow. The summer performance tires I have on my Volvo are the slipperiest tires I have ever driven on. hate them. I wouldn't mind changing the primacy for some better A/S, but not sure what would have good grip all around, but not much less range.

The 225/55 R19 version would probably have slightly less range loss due to being more narrow so less wind resistance.
