I purchased a 2021 Job 1 Mach E on August 15th of this year. Since I am the second owner, I was provided a trial subscription of BC which is set to expire on Nov 25th. So far, as a result of a failed front camera/cabling/etc. and a failed HVBJB, I have driven with BC 1.0 for a total of about 5 days since owning the car. I am simply curious as to when I will see the subscription pricing to renew from Ford. Could it possibly show within 30 days of my expiration date? Conflicting info leads me to believe that Ford is going to give me the new pricing structure despite my car being a 21 Job 1 vehicle. I know that original owners will b given the $600 for three year offer. Just wondering what to expect as I will at least push for an extension of my trial since I have hardly driven the car since purchasing it 2+ months ago. Still waiting on getting it back currently while the HVBJB fiasco is worked out.

I would push for your free trial to be extended for a year. It is to their advantage to hook you. Happy customer shoveling out $600+ a year, or unhappy customer giving them nothing? Easy money. I love my BC.

Edit: need more coffee. 🍮 It is Ford making the BC money, not the dealer. I don’t know who you would need to call to convince.

I currently have a case open with Ford and have a BEV agent that I am in communication with. I'll likely ask him.
