Your profile says it's a 2022. If that's actually the case then it's not at all surprising that it's back at that level. 2022 was a long time ago (in terms of OTAs). I recently was seriously considering buying a used 2022 with virtually no miles on it and it was at a similar OTA level...

Oops -- I forgot to update the profile. The signature shows that the 22 is gone, replaced by the 23 GTPE, which is the one with the issue.

Update: on the third update day, the 4.2.2 update downloaded and installed.

Possibly two OTA's in the queue at the same time? I know that can happen, I just don't know how that would be interpreted on the touchscreen.
