Which Phoenix dealer is recommended for recalls 21B36 PaaK, 21G01 BlueCruise & 22B08 ECM

My purchase dealer in IL has failed to apply these recall updates successfully. On July 20, I'll be on my road trip redux to our home in suburban Phoenix. Hoping the greater Phoenix MME owners will respond with your recommendations based on your experiences having these updates applied. While I live in the far reaches of Peoria outside the 303, I'm willing to travel to a dealer who can do this right the first time.
