9/21 - I've been periodically hooking up my noco charger and letting it do maintenance charges on it in AGM mode and so far no issues.
I’ve used my Schumacher desulfating AGM charger 2-3 times on the battery. It has never gone into desulfating mode, however. Last time I did it, the fully charged voltage was quite good. That being said, I just ordered a new battery from RockAuto.

First time in 62,000 miles I’ve spent anything on the car besides cabin filter, wipers, and tires.

Post up! and for everyone over 3 years old, you've got to ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well?
I just passed 36 months, and I'm not feeling that lucky. Gonna get it replaced.

Punk.

My 2021 Mach-E First Edition that I took ownership of the first week of March 2021 still has a completely health LVB. I actually just sent it in to the dealer last week asking them to swap out the 12v battery and they inspected it and told me that it would be silly to swap it out as it is still in nearly perfect condition. Never once have I done anything with it like putting it on a battery tender or anything of that nature. Only 36k miles on the car. ?

Is this a race that you really want to win?

I mean, you know that it works great right up until it doesn’t, … and then it’s worse off than when your old Taurus died because you’re now locked out of a dead car that won’t open.

But, hey, yoose guys do yoose guys or girls. What could possibly go wrong??

I think people should try to post months to make this easier.

Here's a date calculator: https://www.calculator.net/date-calculator.html

I think 36-48 months is going to be typical, but some could last up to 72 months.
lol doing it by months makes it like Battery Anonymous.

“Hello! My name is Shawn. My Mach E’s name is Defiant. It has been 46 months without a LVB replacement”

hahahaha

Swapped it out since this forum gave me PTSD, but it was working fine before I removed it. Any idea if could be the original? Mines a 21 Job1 Premium.

New one has different lables.
Yes that's the factory battery.

mine died at 40 months, no warning.

I drove to a job site, got out shut the door, door locked behind me and BAM... would not unlock.

April, 2021 - 45 months. 36K for mileage. Still deciding if I will purchase at the end of the option plan. If I do I’ll replace the battery and tires.

Build date Jan 2021 (48 months), still with original LVB.
Thinking about ordering a new one.
The first deliveries came out in January 21 except for a handful just before that, so there won't be a lot that preceded yours.
