Who has the oldest reservation and no car?

All this crap is getting me pissed - beyond grumpy. Ford seems to be just lost. Ordered 4/27, delivery perhaps in December.

Ordered 4/29, since cancelled but it's still "active" on my account. Says production the week of 12/13. I guess they would be planning to give me one of the last 2021s off the line, if this was still my order I'd be pissed A that it's taking so long and B that they would actually give me a 2021 when they are producing 2022s

Built 7/8 w/original ETA of 8/14, then put on chip hold
Now showing as 'shipped' (as of 10/8 - not sure if it has actually shipped yet or not!) with listed ETA to FL of 11/23...
Can't find it in trackers right now, don't know when it will show up... losing confidence it will be here by then... all dealer tells me is "11/23"

Mine said shipped Oct 1 but have since learned it actually shipped Nov 1. I also have a delivery date of Nov 23.

Dealer won't confirm anything for me, but I'd be really disappointed to learn mine didn't physically ship around 10/8, and hearing about your timing it feels like it's not going to be here before Thanksgiving now... but I'm trying to remain optimistic on that.. so frustrating... (I might have just made this the "Still Grumpy Pt II" thread?!)

It went all the way from Mexico to Kansas City (I can only assume passing through Texas), transfered train cars and then back down to Houston, which it has since been sitting at a the local rail yard since 10/25. Technically, my delivery window is until 11/13, but at this point I have no confidence it will move anytime soon. My dealer is no help other than telling me what vehicle visibility says and my delivery ETA.

Hopefully, they are just waiting for truck drivers but I'm getting really grumpy knowing it has been just sitting at a rail yard (probably still on a train car) that is only like 30 mins away. End rant.

Ordered 3/11/21 - Looking at some of these newly announced EV’s like fresh meat. Losing faith in Ford by the day…and increasingly jealous of some of the owners in this forum. The only solace…my daily is a 17’ Macan S.

Ordered 3-4-2021. Showed up in Kansas City on 11-1. Still has to get to Oregon. Probably another month. My ETA was today??? That was after the first ETA was supposed to be July 5th. Ha.

I feel your pain, my ETA was 11/2…and then, I received a false positive from my dealership…I Actually have a Model Y reservation still pending. If that comes before my Mach E, I’ll be joining a Tesla Forum…#PissedAtThisDelay

Reserved November 2019. order placed 4/30. Built 8/26. Shipped 10/1. Crickets ever since. Delivery window supposedly 11/10-11/16, but I would bet this does not occur, and I don’t believe my GTPE even exists even though it does on the FordPass app.

Sounds very, very similar to my experience. Zero Ford communication and even less leadership.

This is the weird thing. My Order was in placed in October (month ago) and my build date is also January.

I think standard range selects and premiums are being built pretty quick. I ordered a standard range premium on 8-4-2021 and took delivery on 11-12-2021 in Oregon. Original build estimate was like 26 weeks or something. The extended range models seem to be taking an absurd amount of time.

A couple days before my eta date of 11/13, my eta was pushed back to 11/29. I think at one point my ETA was actually early October but has delayed at least 4 times now. Therefore, I'm changing my tax withholdings now assuming I won't be able to buy the car this year and take the tax credit. At this point maybe I should go ahead an order a 22MY car and see which one gets here faster.

Maybe not the oldest reservation, but @YearofTurkey certainly has to have one of the oldest build dates at 02/24/21 with still no car.

Yep! As far as we know that one still isn’t ready for delivery. We ended up ordering a second one in August it was built in early October but we’re being told by the dealer it hasn’t shipped yet.
