Why aren’t I seeing Frunk and Trunk icons on my FordPass screen?

I have seen several users post pictures of their FordPass screen with the icon on them but the latest update on my iPhone still has only lock, unlock and start!

You won't see trunk, or windows up / down, or horn and lights unless you setup PAAK.

Frunk is not yet a button.

I don't know the answer, but you are not alone. I and many others do not have it yet, and as far as I know, it is inactive for everyone except the GT models. I suspect it'll come to all of us soon.

Oh yea. This is quite right. I didn't notice you said you only had Lock/Unlock and Start. Once you add PAAK, you should get several other options as quoted above, but you still may or many not get the inactive Front Trunk button.

There have been a couple of reports from users that had a dealer installed BCM update that now have a grayed out frunk button. ?‍

can confirm. Mine isn’t greyed out, but attempting to use it triggers a “failed to unlock” error

hasn't someone said that the cars being delivered now, GTs, have electronic frunk opening enabled? I know I read that somewhere.

PAAK has been set up since July. After several reset now have it working without conflicting with the FOB but still don’t see windows ( don’t care) but I would like frunk and trunk control.

Are your buttons grayed out? Or just not there?

The bottom row of smaller buttons (windows, trunk, and alarm) only work if you are within Bluetooth range. If you are out of Bluetooth range the buttons should still show if you have PAAK set up, but it'll be gray.
