Very nice summary. It makes it clear that EVs aren't a risk to the grid unless grid operators are really dumb. Of course, considering how much some of them are trying to resist movements to the 21st century (like Florida Power and Light's opposition to rooftop solar), dumb seems to be the way many of them plan -- too bad.

important is that EVs start to support bidirectional charging asap. so EVs can be used as a battery storage, that would help the grid a lot, specially when the grid get smarter.
