Won’t charge and service soon notification

I was charging my car at a public charger. About three hours in I go on my phone to check on the progress and it had stopped charging. So I go to the car to check on it and it stopped charging and the little circle where you plug it in that normally is blue is all amber/orange. I unplug and plug it back in and the amber/orange comes on again. I go to start the car and the “service soon” is displayed along with a wrench.

anyone have any ideas or advice??

Same thing happened to me last night. I called Ford dealer this morning, she could read the codes on the Ford Pass app, knew exactly what was wrong, told me to bring it in and 2 hours later I picked it up. I didn’t know they could read the codes on the Ford Pass app. Enclosed a copy of what they did.
