So, I am from Los Angeles and this is where my GT extended range is charged. Before winter, at 90%, I easily get 260 miles out of a charge ... Of course that was during summer. The interesting thing is starting November, where the temperature in LA ranges from 43 low to 65 high ... Charging to 90% get me about 220 or less. Nothing change in term of driving habit or distance.
Is there anyone from Los Angeles that sees his or her charging went down significantly at this time of the month?

Come to Illinois. 90% will get you about 180 miles right now!

You have answered your own question. When the ambient temperature goes down, so does your estimated range. Search the forum, there are lots of more detailed explanations.

I'm also in the LA area.
I usually charge my car to 90%.
During the summer, I get 220 miles.
Yesterday, I'm down to 175miles at 90%.

No change in driving patterns during this time. It's all due to Temp.
Lately the morning lows has been 38F, and day time high was 60F.

The biggest cause of actual range decrease in your situation is likely E-Heat. I bet if you turn off E-Heat you will see your range and efficiency go back up to close to where it was in the summer. The cold does reduce battery capacity but if you park in a warm garage the impact is likely minimal.

I get the same efficiency at 30 F ambient as long as I don't use E-Heat, and I start in a warm garage.

I don't have a garage :). I parked in my driveway. Every night is around 45 low.

That will definitely reduce your battery capacity and range. Anything below 70 starts to have an impact on the battery. You can mitigate some of it by turning off E-Heat as much as possible, and use the seat and steering wheel heaters instead. Works great for me.
