WTH! Clean Air Vehicle Decal Application rejected

We submitted for the California Clean Air Vehicle Decal on 12MAR. Today, it was returned to us, no reason given except where it says model, there is a handwritten "Mustang". The VIN I gave was correct, so is CA telling me that I bought a Mustang instead of a Mustang Mach-E? WTH!

Lots of people have gotten those decals here; sounds like you've got some calling to do. Ugh.

No problem getting ours, looks like a clerical error, just make sure your form was completed correctly then call/email. Sorry you got delayed, hopefully they can fix it on their end without going through the process again.

Definitely their error - I put Ford as make and Mach-e as the model without issue on my Premium last year. I sent in my GTPE application about 4 to 5 weeks ago and they cashed the check, so I assume I’ll have the tags any day now.
