XM radio presets, vanished this morning.

I'm still waiting for 4.1.2 and thought that perhaps I got the update and I haven't, still at 3.6.2. Has anyone experienced this?

I received 4.1.2 and 4.1.3. I noticed that the number of rows of visible "station" presets had been reduced. In sound settings look for the screen that allows you to set the number of rows of icons. Mine had gone from 5 to 1, but when I expanded the number of rows all my presets returned.

That makes sense, except I'm still at 3.6.2

After 4.1.3 today my radio buttons went from three rows to two. I checked the Sirius settings, bumped it back to three rows, and the right stations came back.

Received 4.1.2 today. Hooray! But 3 of my SiriusXM stations are gone - and don't even show on the search function to add. Weird.

Is it showing you the guest profile in stead of your personal profile? That will show all different presets and happens quite a bit to a lot of us. You just have to change it back to your profile.

I'll look at that, except I haven't set up any profiles, as I'm the only one in the house driving the car.

Our SiriusXM got very twitchy After 4.1.2 and now only works about half the time or less. The station just goes dead and we get a message "Something went wrong" then when you try to change channels you get a message that says "loading..." Anyone else having trouble with Sirius after 4.1.2?

Make sure that your profile is set. There's a bug where it magically changes to guest. Even if you didn't intentionally set one up, you have one. When the car doesn't recognize you, or just bugs out, it will go to a guest profile.

If that doesn't solve the issue, or if you can't switch to your profile (another bug), then reboot sync by holding volume down and seek forward at the same time on the steering wheel unit the screen goes black. Once sync restarts select your profile.

Keep in mind that there are some SXM channels that change throughout the year, I’ve got a few of them in my presets
