You voiced your interest and Ford listened... Grabber Blue will be available for the GT Mach-E, along with another color yet to be announced!

At the Mach-E stand at the LA Auto Show, Ford confirmed the following to us:

Q: Will Grabber Blue be available on the Mach-E GT?

A: Yes, Grabber Blue will be a color option for the GT, along with one other color not yet announced. We had such a strong response to Grabber Blue we decided to make it available for the GT. Customers can place a reservation now and switch to these two additional colors later. They will appear on the builder before launch.

Q: Will there be any additional colors announced for the other (non-GT) models?

A: No, this is the color palette for the first model year.

This is Ford screwing things up as usual.

The only reason I wanted to put a deposit down was to have a shot at a First Edition, so I could get the Grabber Blue. If I can get Grabber Blue anyway, there’s no point paying a deposit... Maybe I should just wait, and shop for a dealer that has a Grabber Blue GT and isn’t putting a huge dealer markup on it.

That’s the dark blue, right? I could see that because there isn’t a dark blue option. However, I could also see it being grabber lime since they are adding the additional color with grabber blue (and grabber blue was a surprise success).

Absolutely! My 2012 GT is Kona and that is the one color I had hoped to see at the unveiling.
And I'm pretty sure they re-released Kona for the new ICE Mustangs. Oh we can only hope!!!

Yes, it’s a beautiful dark blue and is the color of my ‘10 Mustang GT.

They probably will add lime green for variety. It’s a hot color on the new Shelby.

I don't think you'll find any GT's on lots anytime soon. Release is Spring 2021, and it seems like they're going to have quite a few orders to fulfill before dealers get some to just sit on lots.

Only one more color for MY2021? That's a disappointment. But hey, I will not be an early adopter but maybe join in a later model year, so hopefully they are more popping colors when I'm ready for a new car. Ohterwise I guess wrapping companies will have a great time with the Mach E.
