Zero Drive Modes Available

I tried to change my Drive Mode a couple weeks ago and none were available. This was obviously an experience while driving. When I returned home, I tried again several times with the same result. I checked my updates and saw that Power Up 6.2.0 failed. I called @Ford Motor Company and was connected to their EV help line. Over the phone they confirmed the OTA didn't complete and would add it to the queue. I asked how long that would take and was told "up to a month or you can go into a dealer to have it installed." I was under the impression Ford could push updates. Am I mistaken? It has been two weeks since my call to Ford. In the meantime, I can't change drive modes at all. At least I'm stuck in Unbridle(d).

6.2.0 was put on hold for a while (so nobody could get it) and has just resumed. So you will hopefully get it in a couple weeks time. Correct, Ford cannot manually push updates to you.

Have you tried a SYNC reboot yet?

If you cannot wait, then you should take it to a dealer as the CSP suggested.

I did try a SYNC reboot with no success. I'll head to the dealer soon.
