I would expect Ford to know who is buying First Editions, regardless of reservation/order/dealerships. Would be pretty easy for them to see what FordPass accounts are activating them.

Really no idea though since mine was reserved/ordered through Ford's system. I do see a Mach-Drop purchaser has responded that they're getting one too.

So has anyone other than a Carbon Gray owner received theirs yet? I see @trutolife27 got one in Grabber Blue but don't know if that is because it was a staff appreciation one vs FE owner.

Mine is arriving today - so we'll see if it's Grabber Blue or not.

Base is metal with a cork backing. Comes with double-sided tape to stick the pony to it.

I just received mine today, and hopefully this will answer a few questions that many have:

1. It is color-matched (Rapid Red)
2. I bought mine off the lot (I had a premium one on reservation, but I knew the sales trainer at the dealership, who tipped me off to the one on the lot)
3. My sales paperwork marked it as sold on the 9th (when I pre-signed electronically to reserve the car), even though I didn’t get to the dealership and exchange money until the 13th (~1 hour drive to the dealership, so I waited until the weekend), so 20 days from sale date, 16 days from date I took delivery
