Just got a new iPhone and I was able add it as a PaaK, but I'm unclear on how to remove my old phone as a PaaK. Under MyKey it is showing 4 keys (2 fobs, my old iPhone, and my new iPhone), but I'm not seeing a way to remove one of the keys.

Also, when I start my vehicle it keeps asking to set up a backup passcode. My prior backup passcode seems to still be working, but when I try to add a new one, reset, or delete my old one, it's not finding my new phone despite it being connected via bluetooth and showing as connected in the Fordpass App.

Anyone know how to remove all references to my old phone and get the backup passcode going?

You delete it in the FordPass app, you really should have done this before making a new one just to be safe. Go to Vehicle then Features and Settings in the FordPass app then you can delete your old key

Thank you! I obviously wasn’t aware of this, so I appreciate the info.

That removed the MyKey but I’m still getting this error when I try to set up a backup start code.

The Mach-e is clearly able to find my phone because it unlocks and starts the vehicle, so not clear why this is happening when setting up a backup.

I even tried a phone as a key reset and set it up again and still getting this error when performing this step

You have a fob in the car while trying this?
