Now if I only knew what they are saying...........Just to let you know that there's a lot of MME's used for Driver ED in Europe ?
It has Closed Captions ?Now if I only knew what they are saying...........![]()
I did take the time to watch it again via the CC and that is great news in knowing that Europe seems to embrace the "EV World" if you will. It amazed me with the one stat of 78% of new car sales were EV's.It has Closed Captions ?
There is one segment, where you can see a whole "fleet" of school MME's.
Here in Norway the school cars have pedals for the instructor too.
I am totally with you. It sounds like Europe has taken a much different approach to this. That is not surprising but annoying to say the least.I could use a driver ed course specifically on the MachE! Our salesperson was really excited about the colored interior lights, and that's all I remember about the tutorial. We were just on our own after driving off the lot. Also, I am so glad that there are driving schools in the US getting on board with the electrification of transportation. It's so discouraging to hear all the time about our politicians working to stop the use of EVs.
I was being sarcastic by suggesting I would move to Norway due to the EV adoption btw.The 78% is here in Norway - I live in a quite rural area, and in my "street" (don't know what the right term is), there's 6 houses, and 2 MME, 1 TMY, one Leaf, and one Zoe.
But moving to Norway just for the EV's is not recommended (even if we've had access to the Tesla supercharger network for quite some time already (Tesla uses Type 2 CCS in Europe))
But - my point (if there is one), is that the future is electric, Youth should learn to drive in an electric car ?
