Will not charge any more

Brand new Car direct from factory,We had 5 days of enjoying it,managed 500 km its been in the dealership almost a week ? it just suddenly would not charge tried different charging stations charging cable, it starts and after 10 second it just stops, and the lights around the charging cable releases button all turn red
and the garage do not know what wrong with it….so I hope they sort it soon as I say I had it five days they have had it for seven at the moment with , no update from them

If you get a loaner they have more time to get it fixed - if you don't, as a rule of thumb they have 2 weeks before you can demand a total refund or a new car. Is it «only» normal charging that fail, and DCFC works, it should be quite straight forward to diagnose - but I don't know if Ford ?? have the right parts available.
But anyway, I hope you have a MME loaner - it sucks to drive a ICE Ford when you own a MME...

I had that problem a couple of months ago. Ford had to replace the charge port on the car… but only after trying everything else.
