Has anyone been charged yet for BlueCruise?

I gave in and signed up for the paid BlueCruise subscription (it was an easier decision because I get 3 years for $600 as the owner of a Job 1).

I entered my payment info, and the message suggested I was going to be charged on or before December 31.

But no charge so far. Has anyone else been charged yet?

I signed up on 12/2. No pre-authorization or charge on my card yet. However, the expiration date on Ford website has been updated to 2027-01-01

update: I received “purchase complete” email later in the day.

Hmm good catch. Mine has also been updated to 1/1/2027

I set up the renewal earlier this week, no charges showed. I did get a fraud alert from my credit card company that showed an attempted charge for the $600+tax from Ford this evening. More concerning, I can't tell if there's a way to retry the transaction, as there's nothing that shows in my Connected Services page anymore, nor on my transactions page. My BlueCruise card show "Available" now instead of a 1/1/27 expiration date, and wants to charge me the monthly $75 rate instead.

@Ford Motor Company how is this handled? Will the transaction be automatically retried? It seems dumb if I lose my ability to get the $600/3y option due to an anti-fraud measure from my credit card.

I’m in the same boat as you. Received a payment failed notice email just now due to my credit card company thinking it was fraud. Now Ford doesn’t show the Job 1 offer on the Bluecruise page. I’ve used my card before with Ford connected services so it’s odd that this happened.

Got this Payment Failed email notice that says:

We were unable to process your recent payment for Ford BlueCruise. To fix this, contact your financial institution or select the Manage button below to add another default payment method.

Your order will not be completed until you place a new one. This may interrupt service.

Manage

Once you update and/or confirm your payment method, select the product and purchase again.

Problem is.. there's no way to "select the product and purchase again", so...

It does provide a contact number at the bottom, so I'll have to give that a try.

Just got confirmation yesterday from Ford and my credit card company. $750 CAD. Decided to get it and will reevaluate at the end and might do the month charge ($100CAD) when traveling.

Re newed two weeks ago and it posted this morning. I also got an email from Ford saying that they have received my order and payment. Now I hope I get 1.4 soon too.

I have been shopping job 1 2023 Mach e's thinking I could get a deal on a 200+ days on market job to be a better deal than a job 2 car. I've had dealers tell me full bluecruise available is available on job 1 cars and if I got a job 2 cars it would be $700 a year. Am I to understand that there will be a $200 charge/year for bluecruise on the older job 1 builds?

FYI, best end of year offers I have found for job 1 Mach e was around $6500 off before rebates and $3000 off before rebates on job 2. I wasn't quite comfortable with any of the deals. Now that the tax rebate is no longer I am guessing Ford will need to significantly upgrade their incentives. I am still watching. thanks,

2023 Job 1 cars have $600 for 3 years of BlueCruise built into the price. 2023 Job 2 (2023.5) cars come with a 90 trial of BlueCruise and will cost $800/yr thereafter.

Good to know about the job 1 cars. I guess I need to value less the 'full bluecruise' I am told is on job 1 cars in my search.
