... I did get a fraud alert from my credit card company that showed an attempted charge for the $600+tax from Ford this evening ... My BlueCruise card show "Available" now instead of a 1/1/27 expiration date, and wants to charge me the monthly $75 rate instead.
... Now Ford doesn’t show the Job 1 offer on the Bluecruise page. I’ve used my card before with Ford connected services so it’s odd that this happened.
Got this Payment Failed email notice that says ...
Hello all, I have the exact issue as you all do. Please do update on the forum if you find a way out!

I can't obviously be 100% sure that the billing issue is responsible for this, but my BCHF doesn't seem to work anymore either. I hope it's a coincidence!

Good to know about the job 1 cars. I guess I need to value less the 'full bluecruise' I am told is on job 1 cars in my search.
"Full BlueCruise" is on both. The amount you have to pay for it is what's different.

Call Connected Services. 866-861-0420. That's what I had to do with the same situation.

Failed for me for some reason and now it's not offering me the $600 price to renew.

I am having the issue with the overnight payment that failed (due to suspected fraud) despite me renewing with a valid payment method on 12/19.
I am on hold for 50 minutes with Ford (and counting...) they keep bouncing me between people in different services (credit, blue oval, marketing, blue cruise...) and no one has any idea of what I am talking about.

This is honestly disappointing and upsetting from Ford even though I am not surprised...

I renewed mid December. Chase rejected the payment for fraud. I went into Connected Services and the renewal amount was $800 for 1 year. Called Ford this morning. Call took 5 minutes. They are aware of the the situation and said will be corrected in about 24 hours. The original $600 offer will be reinstated and to renew again. This time I’m using my AMEX.

They created an escalation ticket for me and it should be resolved within a week.
They just did the same for me as well. The representative was very courteous - hopefully this gets resolved.

My Mach-E worked great this morning without the hands free assist (all other aspects of Blue Cruise worked great still, although hands had to be on the wheel). If they don’t make it right, it really won’t be the end of the world if this is what the car will have and I’ll save $600! lol ?

The $600 charge is "pending" in my bank account. I have not checked the BC expiration date on my truck to see if it changed. I'll do that when I get out of work, but I am officially $600 poorer.

I called back customer service after the 1h waiting hell that led to nothing this morning. Guillaume the French customer service KING answered instantly and exactly knew what was up, created a ticket for me and sent it to the back office for processing.
