Also, the performance upgrade will make it the quickest, but how quick are we talking. I imagine if they get close to the 3 second mark they will try to get it to be sub 3 seconds. So, couple of thoughts. One, I think Mach-E would look great in the green from the Bullitt GT. I really wanted that color when I got my 2021. Also, I have to say, I am not a fan of the GT fake grills. Maybe there is something different possible than the front of the regular, non GTs. But, in a form follows function, it just seems dumb in an EV to have a non functioning “grill”. There should be some kind of design language that would say performance without a grill. My 2 cents.

What do they mean by "a suite of new colors"? I've only seen the bright green Rally and now this dark green (which I love, just not with the bronze stuff ?). What other colors have they added?

a white, a black and the green.

Wheels are a huge improvement, but the car isn’t bronze (unless this is what happened to The Incredible Hulk when he went to the beach to work on his bronze tan).

If the green looks like this, that's an outstanding color. I really like the bronze as an accent color, but that gaudy slab of plastic pretending to be a grille is really tacky. It would look much better with the standard black GT fake grille and only the silver pony outline replaced with bronze. With accents, less is more.

It makes a lot of sense for the performance edition equipment to become standard on GT. I always thought the standard GT was oddly positioned as not that much of an upgrade from the premium AWD. Yes, it has a bit more power, but MagneRide and upgraded brakes are the true differentiators.

Yes it is the same color and I agree with you those computer generated photos make is look much lighter with more yellow in it.

Mark, is the yellow thats announced for the rally "grabber yellow"? I took this pic of colors from the display at the Utah autoshow this last weekend mainly because it had the yellow and green on it and wondered what colors are going to be on what trim.

*Edit - I found some of the pics of the Rally edition in the yellow and its the grabber yellow

I know there is a yellow being introduced with the Rally.

PREDICTION-
The performance upgrade HAS to be a hp/tq upgrade and not related to the limiter.

WHY-

Because their advertising it as the fastest 0-60 and the limiter doesn’t kick in until 72 mph.

A change in the limiter will have zero effect on 0-60 times.

That and Darren already said they’d change the limiter on existing cars OTA.

A paid optional performance upgrade will be entirely different.

It would be dumb if Ford didn’t offer it to existing cars if possible. Much easier to get my $$ from this than Bluecruise.

Grabber Yellow is hideous! So glad I snagged a Cyber Orange while it was still available. That "yellow" is making my eyes hurt.

Strangely, I thought the Rally color was some sort of weird bright green, but I guess it was grabber yellow all along. I blame the forest-themed photos like this one:
