When my 2022 MME GTPE was totaled in an accident, I wanted another GTPE. I debated between the buyout lease and outright purchase, and chose the lease. But for me, it was much more than just the cost. I originally bought the MME GTPE over 2 years ago because I liked the styling, the MagnaRide suspension, and the stability offered by Ford compared to other EVs manufacturers The same applies today. Plus, I have had 2 years experience with the car and Ford. Both have been excellent. Enjoy your new car!!

Curious on what people think of this deal. I've been working on deals for several days now and this seems to be as much as I can get from them

Purchase $12,250 off MSRP ($57,800 - $12,250 = $45,550) with rebates and dealer discount, no doc fee, just $27 title fee. 0/72 is $632 per month.

Lease: 19,500 miles per year, 36 months, $0 down, $511 a month, 42% residual.

The lease seems like a no brainer to me but thoughts?

This is on a 24 Mach-E GT in Vapor Blue.

For me, I would do the lease save the extra hundred dollars a month and trade the vehicle in on another lease or whatever at the end of the lease or see what you can buy it for either way I would do the lease that’s me

That's a ridiculously good lease deal, especially at 19,500 miles/yr. You're getting a lot more in cap cost reduction on the lease, than you are discounts on the purchase. I would have already signed this deal... ?

Damn, my 2024 GT’s lease is a 4 year and nearly $800 a month. Sounds like a good deal to me. ??

That hurt all the way to Mississippi ouch?
Yeah, not sure why the monthly is so much higher on a r year. I guess Ford is expe the value to tank at year 4, so lower residual. I hope it doesn’t tank, but still likely to buy it out at the end, making that part more palatable. ?‍♂?

3yr is the cheapest, 39 months was just a little more but then you are out of the b2b warranty. 36 is the sweet spot.

Hello I am in a very similar sItuation to 1badsnake, but have not had near the success finding a good lease deal. My experience in the Midwest (live in Iowa but have contacted dealers in Minnesota, Nebraska, Illinois, and Missouri) has been there was a significant drop in price mid November with some Holiday bonuses and now the prices have climbed back up in December. For example one dealer who could do $575/mo for 36 months and 10,500 miles now is over $600/mo (inline with my 3 other recent quotes).

1badsnake is your quote including tax, title, and license? If I could get to $550/mo all in (which seems like it should be doable but in 3 months has proven not to be) I would pull the trigger. Complicating matters is I really want the Grabber Blue color of which there are less than 10 within a 300 mile radius of my home. If anyone is willing/able to point me to a dealer that could help me out, that would be awesome

Separate question: If I am unable to get a Grabber Blue, my second choice would be Shadow Black. For any Shadow Black owners, have you has success keeping it looking black? The ones I see driving around show a lot of dirt/dust.

My state doesn't have sales tax so the only fee I have to pay is a $27 title fee.

The rebates that were running in Nov are still running till Jan 2nd so not sure how the pricing has gone up.

It’s odd about the pricing as the rebates are still there. My suspicion is that the dealers in this region have lowered their dealer discount because their Mach-E’s finally started selling.

The no sales tax, no doc fee, and lower MSRP for the Vapor Blue you are looking at would account for quite a bit of the difference in quotes.

With you driving so much, that lease seems like a great deal and the low residual (in comparison at 10,500 miles its 48%) would make purchasing the car at lease end very enticing if their haven’t been advancements in tech that you deem must have by that time.

As you're finding out, the deals are varied based on the dealer. Ford accounts for some of the cost reduction, the dealer kicks in the rest. I think you just have to keep getting quotes from every possible dealer in your search area. The deals you have quoted are pretty fair, but there is probably better deals out there, pending how hard you want to work for it.

1badsnake has posted one of the best lease deals I've seen. I was also able to sign a great lease for my MME here in Ohio, with nearly $15k off cap cost.

The deals are out there, but you gotta put the leg work in to find them.

Hell, if you’re looking for a car with under 10,000 miles and got every update up to the blue Cruise 1.3 maybe you could get a hell of a deal from Carvana on the one I just sold them

Do you still get the $7,500 fed rebate on a lease? I have a dealer saying you don't get it because I don't own the car. But my understanding is Ford gets it and applies it towards the lease.

Did this loophole end or is it still available?
