The factory keypad code did not when I tried today, but the last time I did this, it did pop up.
And I did try using the Mach-E key first prior to recording.
I remember seeing this earlier and verified I wasn't doing that. I can definitely record myself and share what I'm doing. It'll have to wait till tonight when I'm home though.
I get the same error as Matt. I believe I’m the second owner of the car (it was a buyback vehicle). I will say, one of the keys has the Mach-E mustang on it while the other is the standard mustang, so maybe the replaced one of they keys and all of my spares are used up?

While troubleshooting, I did come across you video and followed it to no avail. I tried this multiple times like with no solution sadly.
I'm in the same boat as you are. Mine won't program either, however, the eBay seller I bought from has it listed on their listing "must be programmed by dealer or certified locksmith", so I'm assuming that's why mine isn't working.
