The system in our condo allows for scheduled time but not power. My charger is a Tesla universal, but it is controlled by EVOLUTE (the company that installed the infrastructure in the condo).It would be far simpler for Ford to allow setting the charge limit for unknow location in Fordpass.

Allowing a universal limit would solve most of the problems, and it is easy to override it with the FordPass to charge to 100% when needed.

On Tesla, you have connectors to the DC battery and AC chargers that are both open when you plug in. The communication protocol decide if it it AC or DC and closes the appropriate connector. So for an adapter to support both AC and DC on non Tesla, you would have to implement the communicaton...
