A power failure will cause the charger to stop charging. It probably did not resume after power came back on. I've had that happen with my smart charger. It resumed on the scheduled charging time. I don't think you have a problem.

You don't need additional solar panels unless you wish to completely cover daytime charging of your car. I'd wait and see what your bills look like over a few months then you can decide if you really want them or not.
You first have to charge at the location you wish to add then go to the charging app then add location(s). You can then set max charge for those locations

Juicebox dropped support and their app. Bought wallbox smart charger. Works great. Set up my charge times for the middle of the night with the charger. Also can charge anytime by selecting charge now on the app after plugging in.
You can buy a new fob on eBay for around $50 then take it and the car to the dealer for the actual programming. It didn't cost me much, I think it was around $150
