Do you have a link for this? I have a 2015 C-Max Energi with Sync 2 (i.e. the year before it supported Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), and would consider updating if it's easy and affordable. Thanks. {Jonathan}

For me, the real issue is the frunk lid, which (unlike an ICE car) doesn't get warm when the car runs, so any ice and snow on it must be scraped off, risking the finish on the car. The rest of the car, including the windshield, can get heat from inside (while turned on and plugged into an EVSE...

Yeah, I was seriously bummed this year; I couldn't make the official Saturday Ford event, and ended up having a family commitment that kept me from attending EE at all on Sunday. Well, there's always next year, right? :( {Jonathan}

Update: part came in, dealership replaced it free of charge (no pun intended), and delivered my car to my home this a.m. (It also needed a tire repair after I got a slow puncture the other day; also covered free of charge under my tire/wheel warranty or general warranty, I'm not sure.) {Jonathan}

Yup. This happened to me over the past weekend. My Mach-E was going in coincidentally today for its 10k mile tire rotation and annual inspection, so I asked them to look at the issue. I'm told they've ordered the part, and the fix will be covered under warranty once the part arrives. Meanwhile...
