Completely agree. I don’t understand its connection to powertrain either. Dealer wanted $1.2k in labor to replace. Going to DIY and hope it solves it. I’ll update in a few days

Turns out it was not the part and was the Drive Motor Battery Pack Charging port pocket. LJ8Z10370B thanks!

Turns out mine was the charge port door. Dunno how it’s connected to powertrain but that’s what the dealer diagnosed it as

Is there any documentation I can point the dealer toward for this claim? My car threw a powertrain fault, still charges, and they are saying the charge port needs to be replaced and it wont be covered under warranty as I am at 49k miles. Thanks!

I received a SVS light in the car and a Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power Fault in the app. The car is driving just fine, no issues with the AWD system and experiencing no reduced power. I did not get a Stop Safely Now message I have tried 3 different OB2 scanners and none have been able...
